Lubricating additive for drilling fluids. Significantly reduces tool friction coefficient and prevents differential sticking.
Drilling directional wells is complicated by constant friction of the drill string against rock walls and a high risk of differential sticking. RENA-Burmast is a surface-active lubricating additive to drilling fluids that forms a strong anti-friction chemisorption film on metal. Its introduction into the fluid radically reduces torque on the rotary table, decreasing the overall friction coefficient by at least 30%. The product minimizes emergency situations, provides bit cooling, and optimizes the mechanical penetration rate. Contact our engineering department to calculate the technological supply parameters.
Composition of surface-active agents. Density at 20°C is 850-950 kg/m³. Dosage is 0.5–3.0% of the drilling fluid volume. Reduces friction coefficient by ≥30%. Pour point ≤ -10°C. Meets the requirements of TU U 20.5-30084964-019:2018.
