High-viscosity alloyed hydraulic oil (ISO VG 150, HLP). Ensures stable pressure and protects hydraulic pumps from cavitation under extreme loads.
The operation of heavy industrial hydraulic systems is accompanied by the risk of overheating and cavitational wear of pump parts. RENA IGP-91 is a high-viscosity alloyed hydraulic oil of the DIN 51524-2 (HLP) standard. Its zinc-containing anti-wear complex forms a stable film that minimizes the mechanical abrasion of plungers. The oil effectively releases entrained air and separates water, preventing the formation of corrosion and emulsion in the system. Alloyed hydraulic oil of ISO VG 150 class. Kinematic viscosity at 40°C is 158.0 mm²/s, viscosity index — 90. Flash point 225°C. Zinc content — minimum 0.04%. Meets ISO HM, DIN 51524-2 (HLP) classification.
