High-tech alloyed hydraulic oil of increased viscosity (ISO VG 68, HLP) for intensive operation of hydraulic systems.
Continuous operation of powerful automatic lines creates constant extreme loads on the oil film in hydraulic cylinders. RENA IGP-49 is a specialized alloyed hydraulic oil with increased kinematic viscosity (80.5 mm²/s). It forms a super-strong barrier on the working surfaces of plungers, radically reducing wear and preventing rust formation during downtime. Thick alloyed oil of ISO VG 68 viscosity. Kinematic viscosity at 40°C — 80.5 mm²/s, index 90. Flash point 215°C, pour point -15°C. The presence of zinc (0.04%) confirms the anti-wear action. Meets ISO HM, DIN 51524-2 (HLP) classification.
